Self Check-in
East Care onlyThe waiting-room funnel: find yourself, confirm your details, say why you are here. Three recordings are three paths through one set of screens.

ACC45 Injury Claim
East Care onlyThe accident claim, including the body diagram and the declaration. Lodged on the patient's behalf by the treatment provider.

Patient Triage
